I didn't know the image, the vehicle seems to be completely painted British green next to the national coat of arms. I have no information about it but I venture to say that it is possibly some type of code used by British troops to, in some way, track information about where each vehicle has been obtained, beyond of course the official documents that have been obtained. elaborate.
Maybe my idea is childish.

No conocía la imagen, el vehículo parece ya totalmente pintado de verde británico junto al escudo nacional. No tengo información al respecto pero me aventuro a decir que posiblemente sea algún tipo de código utilizado por las tropas británicas para, de alguna manera, seguir una información sobre dónde se ha obtenido cada vehículo más allá por supuesto de los documentos oficiales que se hayan podido elaborar.
