| British Para helmet from 1982 with US Mitchel cover fitted .This helmet is the first general issue fibre parachutists helmet .
Liner ,the front leather pad should always be cream ,but here it is very dirty from cammo cream !
This helmets original owner fitted the old type steel helmet to the helmet as the first issue plastic type was unpopular! most soldiers at the time of 82 wore the plastic (but not all!!)
